2022 Rates & Payments

All cash patients will be required to settle their account in full on the day of consultation.

You will be able to pay by Visa credit or debit card, cash, Snapscan or EFT.
If you would like to make an EFT, please do so before your appointment.

Appointments missed or cancelled with less than 24 hour notice will be charged a cancellation fee of R415.

Cash Rate

R990, strictly on (or before) the day of consultation.

Medical Aid Rates

In order to receive the cash rate stated above, please settle your account with us directly and claim back from your medical aid when you receive your proof of payment.

We can also claim on your behalf from selected medical aids at their listed rate.

Will my medical aid reimburse me?

All medical aids will cover the cost of sessions up to the extent that they make provision for a psychological therapy benefit.

Importantly, ALL medical aids are also required under the Prescribed Minimum Benefit to cover the costs of mental health interventions (often up to 15 sessions), where a recognized mental health problem is diagnosed. In this case your sessions will be covered by the medical aid directly and will not be taken from your medical aid savings.

It is always prudent to call your medical aid up front and inquire about your annual benefit for psychological services, as well as the possibility of being covered via your medical aid’s Prescribed Minimum Benefit.
